Apple was exempted from the EU's Corning deal to end exclusivity terms with OEMs, after finding products designed exclusively for Apple fall outside the market  —  The European Commission has concluded an antitrust investigation into Corning's glass supply deals.  And for once, Apple just watched from the sidelines.
